The G-ABGK story

G-ABGK was a Lockheed Vega purchased by Horrie Miller for the Centenary Air Race at Brooklands in the UK. The number 36 on this aircraft’s tail was its Centenary Air Race number.

Flown by Jimmy Woods and Don Bennett, G-ABGK crashed on landing at Aleppo and was shipped to MMA at Maylands Aerodrome for repair.
