The City of Bayswater 2006 Municipal Inventory listed 2 and 13-19 (Bardon House) View Street, Maylands. Bardon House at 17 View Street  Heritage Place 9364)  was also  listed in the Municipal Inventory adopted on 17 June 1997 by the City of Bayswater.
