The Maylands part of Tenth Avenue runs from Railway Parade to Carrington Street.

The City of Bayswater 2006 Municipal Inventory listed 40 Tenth Avenue, Maylands.

Tenth Avenue is associated with four of the WWI servicemen named on the Maylands War Memorial.
