Railway Parade runs beside the railway at Maylands. Its most notable buildings are the Peninsula Hotel on the corner with Eighth Avenue and the Uniting Church.
The City of Bayswater 2006 Municipal Inventory listed 211 (three shops and a dwelling), 219-221 (Peninsula Hotel), 275 and 299 Railway Parade, Maylands.
