Kennedy Street runs from Railway Parade to York Street.

Kennedy Street is associated with five of the WWI servicemen named on the Maylands War Memorial.

The City of Bayswater 2006 Municipal Inventory listed 26, 37 (dwelling now demolished), 39, 41 (Mulberry Cottage), 43, 45 and 47 Kennedy Street, Maylands.
