Peninsula Tavern is on Railway Parade in Maylands next to the Peninsula Hotel. When Golden Hotels bought the Peninsula Tavern for $1.1 million in 1993, the tavern complex was 17 years old. Gibney Reserve
Gibney Reserve is a Football West Coaching and Development Centre. This reserve has a large carpark, a pavilion and playgrounds and backs onto the Maylands Peninsula Primary School.
