Seventh Avenue at Maylands has a recently replaced bridge over the railway line. Notable buildings in this street include Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Catholic Church and the former Presbyterian Church now used as a school.
The City of Bayswater 2006 Municipal Inventory listed the Seventh Avenue Traffic Bridge, 22, 75 (Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church), 76 (Kids Open Learning School/former Presbyterian Church), 88, 90, 97, 106, 107, 109 and 113 Seventh Avenue, Maylands.
Seventh Avenue is associated with eight of the WWI servicemen named on the Maylands War Memorial.
