MAYLANDS HISTORICAL AND PENINSULA ASSOCIATION

George William Larkin served with the 28th Australian Infantry Battalion of the Australian Imperial Force in WWI. He held the rank of Second Lieutenant.
He died of wounds in France on 7 August 1916 and is buried in Boulogne Eastern Cemetery, Boulogne, Nord Pas de
Calais, France.

His name is located at panel 113 in the Commemorative Area at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra.
