Cecil Wallington Foreman served with the 28th Australian Infantry Battalion of the Australian Imperial Force in WWI. His service number was 6072 and he held the rank of Private.
He was killed in action in Belgium on 20 September 1917 aged 19 and is buried in Tyne Cot Cemetery, Passchendaele, Flanders, Belgium.
