Arthur Henry Jeffery was a farmhand from Maylands.
He served with the 32nd Australian Infantry Battalion of the Australian Imperial Force in WWI. His service number was 4069 and he held the rank of Private.
At the age of 20, he was accidentally killed during a training exercise in France on 6 May 1918. He is buried in the Pernois British Cemetery.
