The Maylands Ratepayers and Residents Association Inc. (MRRA) is a West Australian incorporated body that represents and advocates the views of ratepayers/residents of Maylands to Councillors/Council/City of Bayswater; /MPs and/or relevant authorities including state or federal government agencies. The MRRA was formally Incorporated in June 2000.

The Maylands Progress Association which commenced in early 1920s is considered a forerunner to the MRRA.

Maylands Historical and Peninsula Association acknowledges the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, live, and learn. We acknowledge that we tell the stories of Noongar Country and we pay our respects to Elders past and present. This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
